Job Description
Route sales and delivery of dairy supplies to dairy farms. We are a dairy equipment dealer located in Preston Idaho. We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized person to sell and deliver our products to dairy farms in northern Utah and southeastern Idaho. We are willing to train the right person. An agriculture background is preferred.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
Prepare loads and load delivery trucks
Receive and pull product into inventory and stock in appropriate locations
Oversee inventory levels.
Assist customers as needed
Deliver products to dairies
Perform general site maintenance duties and clean and maintain warehouse
Maintain company vehicles
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Applicant must have a CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or able to obtain within 30 days.
Skills & Abilities:
General knowledge of mechanical and instrumentation equipment
Ability to operate fork lift
Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions
Experience:
High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
Must have clean driving record, able to pass drug test.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift, climb ladders and carry items up to 50lbs. on a regular basis
Requires ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requires ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals.
Requires ability to hear and speak.
