Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize mail for delivery routes - Load and unload mail into vehicles - Drive assigned route to deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses - Collect outgoing mail from collection boxes and post offices - Obtain signatures for registered, certified, and insured mail - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups - Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating vehicles Skills:
- Proficient in operating pallet jacks and forklifts for loading and unloading mail - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues - Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures - Experience as a van driver or delivery driver preferred - Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Note:
A valid driver's license is required for this position.
